today having a hard day @work... so suay tat tuupid caller transfer to my line. gotta ans it - NO CHOICE ! i really almost scold tat bitch sial. really makes me pissed off... Ya i dunno how to resolve the prob is my fault but hey im asking u how to spell the company name oni wad. Muz u shout? WTF lo ! i already try my best lo.. i dun intend & dun wish to transfer the tuupid calls to others de lo, but wat can i do?
